Dental Insurance
As a courtesy to you we will gladly submit all insurance claims for surgical services. This will ensure prompt reimbursement of all money paid by your insurance company directly to you. However, please note that on the actual day of your appointment you are fully responsible for payment of all services rendered. Any benefits paid by your insurance company will be sent directly to you, as we do not accept the assignment of insurance benefits.
Medicare
Limitations under Medicare policy do not allow us to perform the services required to treat most dental conditions. We therefore do not participate in the Medicare program.
